Key Responsibilities:
The Resource Management Specialist is tasked with the scheduling, dispatching, and oversight of maintenance investigations and repair tasks primarily for our external contractors.
Your role involves managing appointments and ensuring that tasks are prioritized effectively, assigned to, and completed by field teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring that any urgent tasks are addressed promptly. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with diverse teams and individuals across Thames Water.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in scheduling, planning, and coordination is advantageous.
