Job Title: Credits and Returns Administrator

At Alliance Automotive Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credits and Returns Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit and returns process.

Responsibilities:
  • Intercept unmatched credits and take necessary actions to resolve them.
  • Review and process credit notes, return notes, and clear them from the system.
  • Challenge suppliers on handling charges, carriage charges, rejections, and warranty claims.
  • Escalate ongoing or severe issues to the department manager.
  • Notify branch managers of stock adjustments and pass on tasks that require authorization.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of MAM and Autopart or similar systems.
  • Purchase Ledger experience is desirable.
  • Credits and Returns processes knowledge is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with excellent attention to detail.
