Job Summary:
Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our residential service in Hull. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centered support plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Conduct care needs assessments and create comprehensive care plans
- Recruit, induct, and supervise a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Manage the service's budget and ensure financial sustainability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC registration and audits
- Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure seamless care delivery
- Lead a team to promote independence, positive outcomes, and quality of life for our residents
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role
- Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
