Senior Printer Specialist

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a skilled Number 1 Printer to join a manufacturing company in Dagenham. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality output and maintaining the efficiency of the printing process.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the quality of work produced, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output.
- Efficiently utilise machine staff and maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
- Complete all documentation required by ISO 9001 and pass on relevant information to subsequent shifts.
- Report breakdowns or abnormalities immediately and be fully conversant with all applicable Health & Safety procedures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members as required.
- Ensure daily and monthly preventative maintenance is carried out and relative forms are completed.
- Knowledge of a Heidelberg XL 106 10 colour perfecter.
- Colour critical work using Badoni Colour matching.
- Ability to work to a timely manner and as part of a team.
