Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance and Legal Administrator to join our Legal and Compliance team at Chiesi Farmaceutici S.p.A. in Manchester, GB.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Legal & Compliance Director and team, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Chiesi Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other relevant internal and external requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the contract process, including facilitating and providing advice to staff, issuing contracts for signature, and recording agreements and documents on relevant systems.
  • Support the running of the Procedural Document Governance Group, scheduling meetings, writing up minutes, and documenting action points.
  • Administer SAP for the Legal & Compliance team and assist in the best use of available resources and processes to meet industry deadlines.
  • Provide general administration for the team, including diary management, tracking and submitting expenses, booking meetings, travel, and accommodation, and scheduling weekly team meetings.
  • Oversee the Trademark Platform and keep track of trademark expiries and renewals.
  • Chair the monthly Medical Donations & Grants Committee meeting, complete due diligence, and follow-ups, and update the relevant tracker.
  • Perform daily PAYCE checks.
Requirements
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and exemplary record keeping.
  • Ability to work on multiple workstreams for different stakeholders and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Experience of working in the pharmaceutical sector or a willingness to understand and work in this sector.
  • Strong skills in time management and prioritization.
