Job Title: Legal Cashier

We are seeking a skilled Legal Cashier to join our busy and growing Legal Finance Team based in Greater Manchester. This is a full-time office-based role working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday with 33 days holiday including bank holidays. Onsite parking is available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post transactions to client and office ledgers
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Check and set up payments using bankline
  • Verify completion statements
  • Check and post bills delivered
  • Manage file opening and closure
  • Conduct client account month-end reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with the SRA and liaise with fee earners
Requirements:
  • A good working knowledge of SRA regulations
  • Confident and organized
  • Knowledge of Quill Interactive or similar solicitor's accounting systems
  • Strong communication skills
