Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their wellbeing and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements

  • 6 months experience working in a professional care environment preferred
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential for some roles)
  • Reliable and committed to providing high-quality care
  • Available to work alternate weekends
  • Right to work in the UK
