Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sales and Design Professional to join our team at MKM Building Supplies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full kitchen and bathroom design and sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Listen to customer needs and identify and recommend products best suited to their requirements
  • Guide customers through the design and sales process, ensuring their needs are met
  • Pro-actively generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a similar role is essential
  • Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products and design principles
  • Experience using design software, such as 20-20 Fusion planning software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
