Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our client, a specialist Mechanical and Electrical service provider, in the Hampshire, Surrey, and South West London areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintenance, repairs, and occasional minor installation of systems such as hot and cold water systems, pipework, pumps, booster sets, water heaters, valves, thermostats, and pressure testing.
- Provide quotes for repairs and remedial works.
- Attend sites such as offices, care homes, and warehouses throughout the North Hampshire, Surrey, and South West London areas.
Requirements:
- Experience working in plant-rooms, carrying out repairs and remedial works on commercial plumbing systems.
- NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating (or equivalent).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
