Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a high-growth, privately-owned financial services business that has recently undergone rapid expansion. This business is seeking a Finance Director to join and work closely with the executive team on strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Director will oversee finance and operations, implementing necessary controls, processes, and procedures to professionalise the business. This role will drive efforts to enhance reporting, controllership, and data management, ensuring accurate and insightful management information is available to drive informed strategic and business decisions.
Financial Leadership
The Finance Director will manage financial covenants, ensuring compliance with all debt agreements and regulatory requirements. This role will take the lead in structuring and negotiating financial transactions, optimising the business's capital structure to support its ambitious growth plans.
Requirements
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), Ideally Chartered
- Experience of being a Divisional Finance Director, Head of Finance or Financial controller with Hands-on experience and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Having previous experience of working in a PE-backed or leveraged environment would be desirable, but not essential.
- A background within a Regulated business, a Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) business would be preferable
