Learning Support Assistant - Lambeth, South London

**About the Role**

Reeson Education is supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth, South London, who require an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be a Learning Support Assistant with prior secondary school experience or a graduate looking to pursue a career as a qualified teacher in the future.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Supervise and provide particular support for students identified with English as an Additional Language (EAL) ensuring their safety and access to learning activities
* Establish constructive relationships with students and interact with them according to individual needs
* Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with lesson plans and assist with students' learning
* Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support students to achieve learning goals
* Assist with the planning of learning activities
