We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils with a range of SEN, ensuring they receive the personalized support they need to succeed.
  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons, adapting materials, and ensuring students can participate fully.
  • Promote independence by encouraging pupils to develop life skills and confidence, working closely to build their independence.
  • Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and help manage challenging situations in a calm, supportive manner.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create the best learning environment for the students.
