Are you enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service and excel in the real estate sector? Our client, a leading B2C property trading firm in the UK, is looking for a skilled and motivated Client Care Administrator to become part of their vibrant team in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities:

Seller Process Oversight:
Manage and supervise the complete process for sellers, ensuring efficient progress and timely execution.

Seller Communication:
Keep sellers informed about the status of their property sale, delivering exceptional customer care.

- Facilitating Seller Onboarding to Solicitors: Ensure smooth coordination between sellers and solicitors for a seamless transition.

Document Collection:
Ensure all required documents are gathered from clients and other parties to facilitate a smooth transaction.

File Organization:
Maintain and organize files throughout the sales process with great attention to detail.

Property Listing Preparation:
Prepare and upload property listings to various online portals, attracting potential buyers.

- Coordinate Photography and Floorplans: Work with photographers and floorplan designers to effectively showcase properties.

- AML Compliance: Conduct Anti-Money Laundering checks to ensure adherence to regulations.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, thriving in a dynamic environment.

Experience in the real estate sector or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, as our client welcomes enthusiastic individuals eager to learn and develop.

Familiarity with AML regulations and processes, ensuring compliance and client safety.
Proficient in utilizing property portals and CRM systems for managing and updating listings.
