We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our logistics team at First Recruitment Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand and supply for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of purchase order processing, including purchase order requisitions and stock level management.
  • Monitor and coordinate delivery times to ensure timely receipt of goods.
  • Develop and implement stock and demand planning strategies for peak periods.
  • Regularly review re-order levels and stockholding to minimize overstocks and shortages.
  • Communicate long-term delays and out-of-stocks to stakeholders.
  • Ensure supplier non-conformances are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all sourcing activity is fully compliant with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) regulations.
  • Provide general support to the Procurement Department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stock analysis, demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
