Senior Manager - IT Technology Strategy & Performance Consultant

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our IT Technology Strategy & Performance Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing technology strategies that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business objectives
  • Design and implement future-proof IT operating models that deliver impactful technology strategies and enable business agility
  • Perform technology due diligence, integration planning, risk mitigation, and synergy identification for M&A transactions and large-scale post-merger integration/cut-out programs
  • Lead and support sales efforts, including bids, RFPs, and proposals, as well as structuring deals and engagement commercials
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of work and achieve sales targets of at least £500k (Managing Consultant) / £1m (Senior Manager) per annum
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and deliver successful large-scale, complex IT transformation delivery engagements
  • Manage teams, including multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments, and foster practice development, team building, and mentoring junior colleagues
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading and supporting sales efforts, including bids, RFPs, and proposals
  • Experience in delivering and leading successful large-scale, complex IT transformation delivery engagements
  • Strong technical skills, including technology strategy, IT operating models, and M&A transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
