Job Title: Head Pastry Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Pastry Chef to join our team at Titanic Hotel Belfast. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry section and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in our desserts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the pastry section and manage a team of pastry chefs

• Develop and implement new dessert menus and specials

• Ensure excellent quality and presentation of all desserts

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other departments to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or in a similar role

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
