About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Site Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our site, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our services to the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the site is clean and well-maintained, including the buildings, communal areas, and grounds.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Promote our services to the community, ensuring people are aware of what we offer and how to access our services.
  • Front of House Services: Assist with front of house services, including greeting customers, answering phones, and handling customer transactions.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure the site is safe and secure, reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • First Aid Training: Possess current first aid training and certification.
  • Attention to Detail: Have an eye for detail, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Health and Safety Awareness: Have a general awareness of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work effectively as part of a team, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training: Possess MHFA training and certification.
  • Challenging Behavior: Be able to deal with challenging behavior in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Local Services Knowledge: Have an understanding of local services available to customers.
  • Wellbeing Activities: Be interested in supporting the wider team with wellbeing activities, learning opportunities, or employment support.
