Supply Chain Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our client, a leading manufacturer in the Worcester area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal supply chain performance
  • Oversee inventory levels, conducting regular audits to minimize excess inventory and ensure timely deliveries
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
  • Manage supplier relationships, building and maintaining strong partnerships
  • Identify areas for process improvement, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality

Requirements:

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification
  • 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management software systems, including ERP, WMS, and TMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
