We're seeking a talented Mid-weight Designer to join our team at Uncovered Group, a social first creative agency based in London. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for conception and design for our branded pitches and wider campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design projects, reporting to our Art Director.
- Create convincing mock-ups for pitch decks.
- Develop striking and clear pitch presentations.
- Advise and support the production team with styling for motion graphics.
- Prepare files, design, and prepare for print.
- Design OOH campaigns.
- Be a design specialist; understanding digital and print production constraints and be able to advise on these.
- Ability to build and manage the design of pitch/RTB decks.
- Oversee junior team members to help them deliver their best work.
- Be a detail-oriented designer when it comes to approving work with overall accountability.
- Mid-Weight design experience in a marketing or advertising environment/agency.
- Strong skills and proficiency in Adobe software.
- Solid understanding of fundamental design principles.
- Understanding of basic print processes and production techniques.
- Capable of transforming ideas into impactful visual designs.
- Skilled in adhering to existing brand guidelines.
- Creative problem-solving skills for design challenges.
- Effective at visually communicating ideas and concepts.
- Open to handling various design projects and learning new skills.
- Experienced in fast-paced, quick-turnaround environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of scope of work and realistic deliverables.
- Proven track record delivering creatively and commercially successful projects.
- Interest in youth culture, pop cultures, and social good.
