Job Title: Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team at Wolf & Badger. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and video content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualising and creating both still and video assets for various channels including web, email, social (organic and paid) and print
  • Leading autonomously on the design and messaging hierarchy for all promotional campaign assets
  • Leading the design for ad-hoc projects across the business including the design of internal documents, new email templates, printed collateral, shop window vinyl and event invites
  • Ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects in both still and video formats
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar formal training (highly desirable)
  • Proficient in design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual composition
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively
  • Team-player attitude with a willingness to contribute to creative brainstorms
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Proactive and independent, able to self-regulate and prioritise
  • Ambitious learner, who keeps up to date with the latest trends in their areas of expertise and is motivated in their professional development
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling
  • Strong knowledge of print and production processes is a bonus
  • Interest in and appreciation of sustainable business practices and small brands
