This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the future development of our highly successful private client team at QED Legal. That's why we don't have billable hours or fee targets, allowing our team members to focus on delivering exceptional results.

We empower our team to take ownership of their work, providing the autonomy and support needed to excel in their roles. As a Private Client Associate, you will manage your own caseload of private client matters, with a focus on executory work for high net worth individuals.

You will also have the opportunity to provide support, training, and mentoring to other team members, helping to drive our team's success. We are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment, where our team members feel valued and empowered to grow.

This role offers a competitive salary up to £60K, depending on experience, and the opportunity for long-term career development and promotion. We are a flexible employer, offering a great work-life balance and understanding that our team members have other commitments and priorities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Private Client Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' post-qualifying experience in private client work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
