The Role:

We are seeking a skilled System Support Assistant to join our team at Willow Court, a recovery and assessment suite offering 24-hour nursing care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enabling us to deliver person-centred services that meet the individual needs and wishes of our residents.

About the Role:

As a System Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including delivering a wide range of administrative duties and maintaining good IT skills across various packages. You will also be the first point of contact for visitors, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient communication
  • Develop and maintain good IT skills across various packages to support the team's needs
