Job Title: Implementation and Project Manager

Cielo Talent is seeking an experienced Implementation and Project Manager to lead implementations for small to large scale partners. As an Implementation and Project Manager, you will maintain positive client relations and manage projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate client needs for initial scope of project and determine project plan.
  • Manage client expectations and cultivate the client relationship through implementation and stabilization.
  • Develop and manage project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Provide online meetings and conference calls to orientate a new client and project manage the implementation of a new partnership.
  • Responsible for providing clients with implementation plans, which include project schedules, work plans, risk analysis, communications documents, training plans, etc.
  • Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to the client.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Where required, support with process and change management activities and additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, HR or RPO.
  • Previous experience in Project Management.
  • General knowledge of recruitment industry and RPO.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or equivalent professional accreditation.
  • Strong relationship and influencing skills – high emotional intelligence.
  • Articulate and ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Work Environment:

Remote UK.

Language Requirement: English.

Work Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM/9AM-6PM.

Client Sector: RPO / Implementation.
