About the Role

  • As a Party Host, you'll be responsible for ensuring every party runs smoothly and on time, multitasking to cover other areas of the business when needed.
  • You'll greet party groups, check them in, and collect their shoes before they use the park.
  • Engage with partygoers, initiate games, and conversations to create an exceptional experience.
  • Manage party vouchers, drinks, and food to ensure every guest has a great time.
  • Look after your party group throughout their stay, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring they have the best possible experience.
  • Set up party rooms and maintain their cleanliness after each party.
  • Handle customer requests promptly and courteously, and assist with other duties as required.

About You

  • You'll be an entertaining and warm individual with a welcoming personality.
  • Animated and enthusiastic, you'll bring energy to our parties and make every guest feel special.
  • Playful and engaging, you'll be able to think on your feet and handle any situation that arises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
  • Previous experience working with children and providing customer service will be a plus.
