Job Summary

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the transformation of Asset Management. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office-based to promote collaboration and team working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of Asset Management, working closely with the business to understand requirements and shape the To-Be Process for Asset Management on a MS Dynamics platform.
  • Assist Programme and Project Managers in the development of their plans, ensuring appropriate BA skills are identified and realistic resource estimates are incorporated.
  • Contribute to the development of our business analysis practice, sharing expertise with the team and managing small teams from time to time.
  • Have a detailed understanding of analysis methods, particularly Agile based, creating EPIC, Features and User-Stories, while supporting in activities such as refinements and playbacks.
  • Have a good understanding of Project Management methods, with tools such as Gantt charts, risks and issues logs, and business cases.
