Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Birmingham. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, working with clients across various sectors including Commercial, Residential, Heritage, Sport, Education, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor or working towards APC.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role, with a proven track record of managing projects.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
