Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training and Quality Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our training programs and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate training programs and assessments, including supporting materials and checking results.
  • Support the Board meetings by providing accurate and timely assessment results.
  • Ensure that assessment results are accurately reflected in our institute database.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the team to achieve common goals.
  • Ability to sustain concentration, speed, and accuracy during bulk processing and to deal effectively with large volumes of data.
