About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to join our team at Space NK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our beauty retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage and maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure that the team is trained to provide unbiased customer advice
  • Exceed sales targets and deliver LFL growth along with ATV, AUS, and conversion
  • Manage payroll spend within budget through effective scheduling and people planning
  • Manage stock file accuracy and adhere to all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock loss
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with all internal and external business partners to drive business opportunities
  • Actively identify innovative opportunities to maximize the business
  • Confidently analyze all available business reports to review weekly, monthly, and yearly performance

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to train and develop a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
