Construction Cost Manager

Building Careers UK is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in developing precise and comprehensive cost plans to establish project budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing cost plans and budgets for construction projects
- Supervising project cost plans from inception to practical completion
- Assuming commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reporting, value engineering, and cash flow management
- Facilitating agreement on final accounts
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- RICS qualified or qualified by experience
- Primarily PQS background
- Commercial and housing experience preferred
