We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Refrigeration Engineer. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, working alongside experienced engineers on a daily basis.

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineer. You will learn about the latest technologies and techniques in the industry, and gain a deep understanding of the principles of refrigeration and air conditioning.

As a Trainee Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting experienced engineers on customer sites, performing service and maintenance tasks on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. You will also have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs.

We are committed to providing our trainees with the best possible training and support. Our training center is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and our experienced trainers will guide you every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced engineers on customer sites
  • Perform service and maintenance tasks on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
  • Work on a variety of projects, from routine maintenance to complex repairs
  • Develop skills and knowledge in refrigeration and air conditioning

Requirements:

  • Basic skills requirement with a minimum of a level 5 (C) in English and Maths
  • Must have own transport and able to get to and from the branch or meeting points
  • Training is fully funded by Adcock, subject to a Training Funding Agreement
  • Able to accommodate early starts and / or later finishes
  • Able to work away should this be required
  • A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
