Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Air Conditioning Engineer. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning, working alongside experienced engineers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced engineers in the service and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
  • Learn on the job as you work on customer sites
  • Participate in our state-of-the-art training centre in King's Lynn, Norfolk, where you will receive comprehensive training and development
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in refrigeration and air conditioning, including electrical maintenance and preventative maintenance

Requirements:

  • Basic skills requirement with a minimum of a level 5 (C) in English and Maths or have the required skills through acquired prior learning
  • Must have own transport and able to get to and from the branch or meeting points
  • Training is fully funded by Adcock, subject to a Training Funding Agreement
  • Able to accommodate early starts and / or later finishes
  • Able to work away should this be required
  • A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
