The Ideal Candidate
The successful Customer Success Manager should possess:
- Proven experience in customer success/account management, with a track record of selling software solutions to businesses in the food and drink manufacturing, retail, and medical industries.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to commute to an office in the region, with a willingness to travel as needed.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of £45-60k basic salary, plus 40-50% OTE, and a car allowance, making this a lucrative opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional.
