Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Newton Abbot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising customers on shoe care and accessories, and achieving daily sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Offer expert advice on shoe care and accessories, helping customers find the perfect products to complement their needs
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets, achieving KPIs and contributing to the success of the store
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a friendly, engaging, and positive store environment
- Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.70, increasing to £12.05 after completing the required retail induction
