About the Role

We are seeking an inspirational and energetic Assistant Store Director to play a leading role in the success of our retail team. As a key member of our store management team, you will support the Store Director to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Director to lead and manage the store team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
  • Coach and develop the skills of Sales Advisors to improve their performance and customer service skills.
  • Assist with the management of store operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store events and promotions.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience at Supervisor or above level, preferably within beauty.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Experience of coaching/mentoring others to achieve their full potential and to succeed.
  • Drive to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability across days/hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
