About the Role

Mind Retail is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and stock control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and data protection
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar management role
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data and customer trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours
