Bauer Media Group is seeking a dedicated Advertising Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic Advertising team in London. This role plays a crucial part in maximizing revenue by meticulously managing advertising inventory across Bauer Radio's diverse network of stations.

As an integral member of the team, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Scheduling teams to ensure seamless campaign bookings and optimal distribution of advertising campaigns throughout the day and across all stations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from analyzing advertising space availability to resolving any issues that may arise during national campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively assess advertising space availability and propose creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Ensure accurate transmission and broadcasting of advertising campaigns across partner stations.
  • Maintain clear communication with Sales Teams and Agencies regarding any inventory availability challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales and Scheduling teams to facilitate smooth campaign bookings and execution.
  • Conduct in-depth Post Campaign Analysis for national campaigns, providing valuable insights into performance.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation of national campaigns.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Inventory Manager and Executives with various ad hoc tasks.

  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and media advertising.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for Bauer Media brands and the dynamic media landscape.
  • A collaborative team player with initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
