About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant Manager to join our team at Portfolio. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workflow Management: You will be responsible for managing our workflow across the practice to ensure design delivery revenue targets are met. This will involve coordinating daily activities, task assignment, and resource allocation to meet goal targets.
  • Financial Management: You will have basic accounts responsibility, including invoicing and debt collection, as well as keeping an eye on the balance sheet and P&L. You will also be responsible for producing KPIs, monitoring financial performance, and budgetary compliance reporting to our Directors.
  • Project Management: You will review, create, and implement systems to streamline workflow and enhance productivity across the business.
Requirements
  • Experience: You will have proven experience in a Practice Manager/Executive Assistant or similar role, with a background in project management, workflow management, and resource allocation.
  • Skills: You will have excellent organization and administration skills, as well as excellent written and spoken English. You will also be proactive, able to think on your feet, and have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Education: You will have a strong understanding of business strategy, particularly around growth and developing the business, with the ability to step into a leadership role longer term.
