Position Overview:

As a pivotal member of our team, the Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will play a critical role in overseeing clinical trials across various phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently coordinate and manage activities related to study setup and monitoring, ensuring meticulous documentation and reporting.
  • Facilitate the submission of protocols and consent documents for ethical review and assist in regulatory submissions as needed.
  • Engage in the preparation and evaluation of study documentation and feasibility assessments for new proposals.
  • Efficiently address sponsor-generated queries while maintaining focus on study cost-effectiveness.
  • Depending on experience, provide training and mentorship to junior CRAs and lead CRAs involved in international projects.

Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 3 years of monitoring experience in phase I-III clinical trials.
  • Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and the ability to assess and interpret medical data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel at least 60% of the time for monitoring activities, with a valid driving license.
