As a Lead Clinical Research Associate at Pharmiweb, you will engage in a vibrant environment, working closely with a team of experienced CRAs to oversee investigational sites for clinical trials in phases II - IV, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as ICH-GCP. This position involves collaboration with various sponsors, including medium and large pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking independent and proactive tasks such as study initiation, monitoring, report generation, and documentation management
  • Managing protocol submissions, ethics/IRB approvals, and regulatory paperwork
  • Efficiently addressing sponsor inquiries
  • Ensuring cost-effectiveness of studies
  • Reviewing study documents, conducting feasibility assessments, and potentially mentoring junior CRAs

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials for a CRA II role; 3+ years are necessary for a Senior CRA position
  • A relevant degree in medicine, science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in monitoring medium to large studies from initiation to closure
  • Proficiency in ICH-GCP guidelines and medical data analysis
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel domestically with a valid driving license
