Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as dressing, repositioning, and mobility support.
  • Assist with basic housekeeping and cooking, or help with meal preparation and serving.
  • Administer medication as required.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship and support.
  • Complete daily documentation of visits on a smartphone.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will also need to have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
