We are seeking a dedicated Scientific Associate in Analytical Sciences with a focus on Molecular Biology to engage in a variety of laboratory tasks related to the development, optimization, and validation of analytical methodologies. - Conduct laboratory or batch analyses (both non-GMP and GMP) efficiently and in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of various documentation, including development reports and analytical records, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and team performance.
- Support the integration of new capital equipment and provide training on procedures and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Develop expertise in analytical development, including core technologies and molecular biology techniques.
- BSc/MSc (or equivalent) in a relevant life sciences discipline, with experience in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical sector.
- Demonstrated academic or professional excellence.
- Familiarity with techniques such as qPCR, ddPCR, Sanger Sequencing, and gel electrophoresis.
- Ability to effectively collaborate within multidisciplinary scientific teams.
- Relevant industrial experience in biopharmaceuticals, particularly in analytical development, is advantageous.
