The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead the Night team in delivering a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff while maximizing revenues and maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume and demonstrate the role of senior manager on duty during night hours
  • Ensure excellent communications between Day and Night team
  • Responsible for the safe-keeping and administration of the main DM safe and all monies during the night
  • Responsible for the training and performance management of Night staff
  • Ensure the Night team are best served and able to manage guest expectations, concerns, and queries
  • Smooth running and delivery of all night audit requirements
  • Responsible for the safe service of alcohol

Requirements:

  • Able to work night shifts
  • Experience of managing a front desk team and previous staff training experience
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service both face-to-face and telephone
