Position Overview

The Site Quality Supervisor will oversee and ensure the excellence of quality and standards in maintenance, scheduled cyclical improvements, asset enhancement, and various projects for both internal and external stakeholders within the Asset Management Team and Housing sector.

The successful candidate will be expected to operate beyond standard working hours, which may include being on standby, as well as occasional evening and weekend commitments, compensated at the standard overtime rate.

This role carries the responsibility of upholding a commitment to superior service delivery through ongoing enhancements for the benefit of the organization and its services.

As part of this position, Aberdeenshire Council will provide a vehicle and the possibility of hybrid working arrangements, including flexible hours that could result in up to an additional 12 days of leave throughout the year.

This role is classified as regulated work involving children and/or vulnerable adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act.

The preferred candidate will need to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check.

For individuals who have spent a continuous period of 3 months or more outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be necessary.

A confirmed job offer and start date will be contingent upon the satisfactory outcome of these pre-employment checks.
