We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GWO Training Instructor to join our team at Maersk Training. As a GWO Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessing delegates in accordance with GWO training standards.
Key Responsibilities- Training Delivery: Deliver training and assess delegates in accordance with GWO training standards.
- Course Material Development: Review, update and develop course material according to GWO standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all training is delivered safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is maintained and kept in a safe and serviceable condition.
- Safety Inspections: Conduct relevant safety inspections of all equipment.
- Core Values: Work in-line with Maersk core values.
- Experience: Experience in the delivery of GWO training courses.
- Qualifications: L3 award in education and training or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong presentation skills, excellent communication and organisation skills, flexible attitude to work and willing to travel, ability to work individually and as part of a team.
