Key Responsibilities:
- Audit and Assess: Conduct regular audits and assessments of our clients' manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and Implement: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of quality initiatives.
- Lead and Coach: Lead and coach teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet quality standards.
- Analyze and Improve: Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing process engineering role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certification preferred.
