The Role
We're seeking a skilled Supervisor to join our team in our new Ipswich store. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-performing store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in leading the team and achieving sales targets
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to the highest standard
- Monitor and control stock levels, inventory, and store operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and merchandise products
- Manage and maintain store displays, fixtures, and equipment
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and store operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in luxury fashion
- Strong knowledge of luxury brands and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
