Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Accounts Payable team as an Accounts Payable Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices for payment
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment status and discrepancies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
