At Surface Transforms, passion drives our brand. Your role will be yours to shape – towards opportunities and away from risks. We're looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our growing Manufacturing Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop specifications for new equipment, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and financial targets.
  • Generate accurate and robust acceptance for existing and new equipment, ensuring all sign-offs and documentation are completed and handed over to stakeholders.
  • Improve manufacturing practices by developing alternative methods, considering space constraints, material requirements, and energy performance.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles through the value stream.

Requirements

  • Excellent MS Office and communication skills.
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing.
  • Flexible approach with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Relevant Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • CNC Machining experience and Edgecam/CNC Programming knowledge.
