Job Opportunity: Senior Liferay DXP Software Developer

**Project Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Liferay DXP Software Developer to lead a critical project involving a Liferay DXP upgrade. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Liferay and Java.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the team to discuss and implement strategies for migrating current hooks in Liferay 6.2 to Liferay DXP
* Provide technical consultancy to define the approach for content migration and content structure
* Develop scripts to migrate snippet portlet preferences to Liferay Content
* Create templates to display migrated content via Liferay Content Portlet
* Automate the replacement of existing snippet portlets with Liferay Content Portlets

**Additional Responsibilities**

* Participate in department knowledge transfer and training on best practices for using Liferay DXP
* Cover deployment, workstation/developer environment setup, dependency management, and continuous integration

**Contract Details**
