Are you a Registered Property Consultant with extensive experience in a multi-disciplinary environment? As Carrington West continues to grow and enhance its Building Surveying division, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Property Consultant eager to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on the design, construction, upkeep, repair, and renovation of various residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct thorough building and measured surveys.
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations and technical standards.
  • Gather site particulars, draft specifications, obtain cost estimates, plan maintenance schedules, and manage contracts for maintenance projects.
  • Evaluate and report on building defects.
  • Manage claims and negotiations with loss adjusters, leading to the creation of drawings and specifications for necessary remedial work.
  • Offer advice regarding planning applications, appeals, boundary disputes, government grants, conduct arbitrations, and serve as an expert witness.

Qualifications:

  • BSc (Hon's) in Building Surveying or a RICS Accredited degree.
  • Proven comprehensive surveying experience.
